The Laddersley Band is a family group brought together several years ago to bring to help produce songs written by Dad Laddersley.

Dad himself has been a singer songwriter since his mum bought a Woolworth’s guitar at the age of 14. He played along side his mother who was an excellent pinaist,but who ploughed on through the songs and the challenge was to try and keep up. Excellet training!

He was a member of bands at school and university, and has continued to write and play all his life whilst pursuing a career in Analytics. Many of his tracks feature dueting with his daughter, who has has an outstanding voice, and backing vocals from his wife and daughter and son. His wife also reads the news on ‘Lifeboat’ with her delightful soft Scottish accent. Dad’s nickname at school was Ladders, hence the name Laddersley.
